Meet Elise!

Elise founded Optimum Advisors in 2013 after two decades financing middle-market, private equity–backed companies. During that time, she observed an industry highly skilled in financial engineering, yet often underinvesting in the people who ultimately determine success or failure. As human capital has become an increasingly recognized driver of value, Elise brings a perspective shaped by having worked on both sides of the equation.

Guided by a lifelong curiosity about what drives human behavior, Elise combines deep private equity and finance experience (former CPA, 20+ years in private equity finance) with human capital expertise (SHRM-SCP, Hogan Certified Consultant). She partners with boards, CEOs, and leadership teams to solve complex business challenges, align people, strategy, and processes, and build high-performing cultures that support execution and growth.
